Mengo S.S came out guns blazing in Game 1 of the Inaugural FUFA Tv Cup as they thumped home team Makerere College on Saturday 10th, June at the Makerere Main Sports Grounds.

The home team opened the scoring in the 9th minute but the away team restored parity 26th minute and took command of the game onwards.

Mengo took a 2:1 lead in the 34th minute and closed the half strongly with a third 5 minutes to close the half.

The away side meant business sealing the deal with the fourth, John Senfuma witj his second in the 59th minute.

Mengo hold a strong lead as they wait for tje second leg whereas Macos will have to dig deep within them and cause an upset if they are to progress to the next round.
