UMU Flames was the most flamboyant team they registered a double victory in a back to back games against JT Jaguars and Diamonds in the sky.
The most surprising win was that against league leaders Jaguars who had been unbeaten thus far and were filled with logorrhea ahead of the game as per they twitter handle. Jaguars loss left many fans excited and most had been praying for this momentous occasion.
Old Tymers also registered a double victory, one against Charging Rhinos and most shockingly against Livingstone in a 1 point game.

Wol Mangar was a force to reckon with as he was dominant on both ends of the floor, he dropped 15 points, 21 rebounds against Charging Rhinos. Okello Toni was also the biggest contributor with 20 points and 4 rebounds in their victory against Livingstone.
Diamonds in the sky, Falcons, and Livingstone all registered a victory and a loss in the 2 games they had over the weekend.
Diamonds won their first game 66:61 against Falcons in a dominant display with a 14 point lead at half time. They however couldn’t complete the double, as they were facing an UMU flames team who were still in high spirits following their victory against Jaguars.
Livingstone opened the weekend with a 1 point game loss to Old Tymers but they corrected their mistakes on Sunday against Mak Eagles asserting their dominance and taking a comfortable 72:46 victory.

Falcons started the weekend with a loss to Diamonds despite half hearted efforts of a comeback. They amended their errors coming into game 2 on Sunday and ran away with 68:62 victory against the Entebbe Archers .
The situation in Gulu was critica, as the Gulu Hawks were unable to register a single victory in the 2 games despite having a home court advantage. The Tropical Royals were 81:75 winners on Saturday and the Nkumba Marines made in 7 wins in a row with a 72:77 win against Gulu. Nkumba had 4 players with double digit points, Mayep Majok, Chuol Dut, Adllf Asiimwe and Highman Ssemakula who also secured 10 rebounds to complete the double double.
There were only 2 ladies games with Our Savior 54:46 victors against Kibuli S.S on Saturday. The high school girls put up a strong performance but experience came into play and Our Savior were able to overcome. Sarah Nassuna scored 10 points, 6 rebs and 7 assists.

Lady Jills and Amazon Rhinos faced each other in game 1 on Sunday and Lady Jills were triumphant. They walked away with a comfortable 56:40 win. Gertrude Ajiduri showed superiority recording 11 points, 23 rebounds and 6 assists.
