It was no laughing matter as the Jinja based Kiira College Butiki got the best of Mengo S.S, putting 8 past them in the 2 legged tie.

Having lost 5:3 away in the first leg, Mengo thought they’d get the job done at home but the Butiki side didn’t have none of that.

They came to Kampala and picked up a very crucial 3:1 victory to send their team to the final leaving the home fans exasperated.

Gift Fred Mutalya was in fine form scoring 6 goals, 4 in the first and a brace in the second leg. He’s now the top scorer with 7 goals in total.

John Senfuma (Mengo) managed to get himself on the score sheet sending his tally to 5, 2 behind Gift Fred.

SMACK also made the finals as they made light work of Jinja College, winning both ties with a 4:1 aggregate.

Benjamin Mukisa and Paul Clovis were scorers for SMACK in either half as they cruised to a 2:0 away victory in Jinja College.

Griffin Mwesigwa and Mahad Mubiru the scorers in the first leg as SMACK secured the important 2:1 victory to give them the advantage.

SMACK and Kiira College will now lock horns in the finale of the Inaugural FUFA Tv Cup and both teams look to make history as the first winners of the trophy.
