The Pirates seemed to be a handful for the Hippos in the Finale as they easily went past them with a 24:00 victory.

Mubarak Wandera opened the scoring for the sea robbers rounding the defender to touch down in the corner.

Alex Aturinda broke through the Hippos defense line and found Timothy Kisiga who scored between the poles.

The Hippos defense just couldn’t keep up, when Arnold Atukunda went a whole 70 meters to touch down with the Habana.

As if the Pirates were not done yet, Joshua Engwau added to the tally with a well worked try from a scrum down to finish the game 24:00.

The Pirates biggest hurdle was in the quarter against IMPIS where they had to dig deep within and make a comeback. The Impis led the game 12:00 at half time but the Pirates turned the tides around in the second half scoring at the death to force overtime.
