It was one of the most awaited games as it was anticipated, that it’d cause a lot of tension and drama. The game did not disappoint, as it embodied so much from a player and fan’s point of view and the stone city took a win with a 2 point difference.
Livingstone started the game strongly and thus had an 8 point difference going into half time.

Despite, the UMU Flames attempts to get back in the second half, the stone city defense held on just enough to get the results.
Match facts
Diopa Durocher lukusa was named player of the game once again dropping 8 points and a staggering 19 rebounds plus 3 steals.
Bismarck Okot Omoya led the scoring with 15 points, 5 rebs and 1 assist.

Flames’ Akena Deo dropped a double double with 12 points, 11 rebounds and 2 big blocks.
Ronald Muwanguzi was also with 11 points, 5 rebs and 4 assists while Timothy Kakuba got 10 rebounds and 6 points.
Both teams shot very poorly from the Field with 19% for UMU Flames and 25% Livingstone.
The other game of the night was the Makerere Eagles taking on the Kampala University Eagles and the latter took the victory.
Kampala University started with a bang getting a 13 point cushion to close the first quarter but the Makerere side was even stronger in the second, making it a 1 point game.
K.U however retaliated in the second half peeling further and further away from the Makerere side and eventually took the win with a 10 point difference.
Deng Akuei went rogue dropping 22 points, 18 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 blocks and a 62% FG.
Muwendo Joseph was next on the supporting cast with 15 points, 7 rebounds and 2 assists.
Simon Kasule for Makerere also went off dropping a game high 24 points, including 5 3PM. He topped it with 3 rebounds, 3 steals and 4 steals.

Bonus Nagaba was next with 9 points while Opiyo Marvin put up 10 rebounds.
