The JT Jaguars have continued to show their superiority on the floor after giving Miracle Eagles a thorough beating in a 29 point game.

The Jaguars started the game with such a force fizzling out all of Miracles attacks and limiting them to just 8 points in the first quarter.

On the other end of the floor, they attacked the rim with so much ferocity and the point guard Ian Lubwama was causing all sorts of problems scoring 11 of their 25 points.

The second half was an even worse game for Miracle as they scored just 2 points compared to the Jaguars 13.

Miracle Eagles finally kicked to life in the second quarter and started to cause a bit of problems, with their shots finally falling (3 in the quarter).

All was already done and the Jaguars just finished off the job in the final quarter.

Match stats

Jaguars had a 52% FG, 53% 2P and an impressive 50% 3P compared to 22% FG, 20% 2P and 26% 3P for Miracle.

They also had more rebounds (40) and assists (9) compared to 31 and 6 for Miracle.

Ian Lubwama led the scoring with 18 points and 4 rebounds.

Benjamin Shango also enjoyed himself posting 16 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists.

Kabangu Clement was very efficient with 8 points and 60% FG and also with a game high 9 rebounds.

Edward Ngobi of Miracle was also the only thing going for them and he posted 18 points.

The Nkumba Marines had to come back in the second half and their second half performance was nothing short of phenomenal.

Tropical Royals led after the 1st quarter by 7 points but that was the wake up call for the Marines.

They won the second by 4 and they took the lead in the third after outscoring Royals by 12. The momentum carried forward to the fourth quarter and they eventually finished off the game.

Adolf Asiimwe with a double double, 14 points and 10 rebounds.

Chuol Dut Abraham with 17 points, 66% FG, 8 rebounds and 2 blocks.

Mayep Majok continued his impressive season with 20 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists.

Joseph Bwaku of Tropical was in a different stratosphere after dropping 18 points, 19 rebounds and 3 assists in 30 minutes.

Other games, Makerere Sparks look like they are figuring things out slowly by slowly and their performance against Legends was much improved despite still losing.
