The FUFA Women Super League Game week 3 returned after last weeks international break and the action was nothing less of entertaining.
The biggest game of the week was Kampala Queens against UCU Lady Cardinals and the former managed to hold on and take victory.
Captain Zainah Namuleme opened the scoring at the stroke of Half Time and this turned out to be the winner.

UCU tried to launch some attacks through Kisakye Sandra but they never seriously threatened the defending Champions defense.
Wakiso Hill registered their first victory after they thumped Asubo Gafford Ladies at home, the St Mary’s Stadium, Kitende.
Two first half goals from Sylvia Namiwanda and Zaitun Namaganda gave them a good cushion and Patricia Nayiga sealed the deal in the 93rd.
Uganda Martyrs registertheir second victory in a row. The only goal of the game was scored by Rebecca Nandhego in thr 68th minute.
The other 2 games of the week all ended in a stalemate.
She Maroons and Kawempe Muslim ended in a 0-0 draw at the Luzira Prisons Grounds, but it’s Kawempe who were under so much pressure and are happy with the point.
Makerere University failed to pick up a victory against Rines S.S but they remain unbeaten in the league.

Noeline Namiro and Namanda Jesca each scored their second goals of the season to help secure a point for their teams.


Four teams(Kampala Queens, Kawempe Muslim, She Maroons and Makerere) remain unbeaten in the season but things aren’t looking great for Asubo as they are yet to register a point.
