The 2024 National Basketball League tipped off on Friday 26th and there were a lot of surprises and top team and individuals performances.
Here are some of the stand out statistics from the opening weekend.
Most point scored (individual)
Moreen Amoding (32 points) put on a show on her return to the KCCA Leopards as they took on A1 Challenge.

For the men, this was tied, 2 people (Innocent Ochera and Kevin Moru)
Ochera was on fire in the opener against KIU Titans and it’s safe to say he was the difference in that game. Kevin Moru has started the season on fire and the Ndejje Angels faced his wrath, 3 3PM.

Fildauce Namulema ( vs JT Lady Jaguars) and Sandra Ayikoru Wangeshi ( vs Nabisunsa) tied at 6 assists.
