The KCCA Panthers showed immense grit and determination as they secured their fourth straight victory with a stunning comeback against the UCU Canons, proving that they have truly turned a corner after their disappointing start to the season.

The KCCA Panthers went on a 14-1 run for a period during the fourth quarter. They outscored the Canons 27:10 in the final period and went on to win 65:69.

UCU had 3 players in double digits while KCCA had 4. Abraham Isyagi led scoring with 18 while Peter Sifuma led the way with 17 rebounds.

A1 Challenge secured their second victory of the season after defeating Kampala University 57:43.

Kampala University took the lead after the first quarter but soon ran out of steam and A1 Challenge took over.

Sharua Nakirya led scoring with 20 points while Kampala University’s Gloria Ayaa and Josephine Alimochan both had 10 rebounds.

Ndejje Angels ran out of steam in the final quarter, scoring just 9 points and the JKL Dolphins managed to secure a 61:73 victory for themselves.

Arthur Wanyoto continued his fine start to the season and registered another double-double. He led in rebounds with 20 an additional 13 points and 3 steals.

Magic stormed the UPDF Lady Tomahawks to make it 5 losses in a row for them.

UPDF started the game poorly, scoring only 7 points after the first quarter and the same was seen in the last quarter as they scored 11 compared to 20 for Magic Stormers.

Sister’s Daphine Adong (13) and Angela Auma (12) were both in double digits, Kur Ajah (12) also in the mix.

Christine Namyalo (13 pts) continued her streak of double digit points and Stella Marris Lunkuse led the scoring with 16 points.

Our Savior couldn’t make it back to back wins after falling to KIU Titans 61:70.

Joel Lukoji was very efficient on the floor scoring 19 points, on 9/12, 75% FG.

Edgar Munaba with another fine performance dropping 11 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals.

Our Savior’s Joseph Teko led scoring with 20 points plus 7 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals.
