Despite the loss to Ndejje Angels, Peter Sifuma made history becoming the first player (men) with 20+ points and 20+ rebounds after recording 27 points, 21 rebounds, 1 assist, and 3 steals. He also scored the most points in a game this season and also tied for the most rebounds in a game this season.
In the Canons’ win against JKL Dolphins, he played 19 minutes and registered 4 points, 9 rebounds, 2 assists, 3 steals, and 1 block.
Christian Ndibu was the main weapon for the Ndejje Angels during their victory against the UCU Canons. He had 16 points, 12 rebounds 1 assist, 1 steal, and 1 block.

Jerry Kayanga was hot from outside as the UCU Canons put 93 past the JKL Dolphins. He made 4/9 3-point shots and finished with 18 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals in 18 minutes.
Edgar Munaba was slowed down by the KCCA Panthers but he still delivered 13 points, 12 rebounds, and 3 steals double-double.
Joel Lukoji once again took matters into his own hands, delivering in multiple facets in the KIU Titans’ loss to the KCCA Panthers. He had a game-week-high 7 assists and led the scoring with 15 points. He also had a game-high 5 steals and 2 rebounds.
Women
Stella Kiberenge became the first player with 30+ points and 20+ rebounds in a game after dropping 31 points, 22 rebounds, 4 assists, and 1 steal. She was by far the best player on the court and this helped A1 Challenge end round one on a positive note with a win.
Rose Adhiambo Musundi has been the go-to man for the YMCA Lady Hamstars and despite losses in their final games of round one, she still delivered for them. She scored 19 points, 9 rebounds, 2 assists, and 3 steals against A1 Challenge. She also registered 15 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assist, and 2 steals against JKL Lady Dolphins.
Hope Akello delivered on all the 3 games and most importantly, she showed why she’s the reigning MVP during the Lady Dolphins loss to KIU Rangers. She had 17 points, 16 points, 3 assists, 2 steals, and 1 block in 18 minutes against Nabisunsa. She then registered 22 points, 23 rebounds, 2 assists, and 5 steals against the KIU Rangers. She capped the week with 11 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists, and 1 block in 7 minutes against YMCA.

Brenda Ekone was in her element, during the game week contributing heavily with points on the board. She recorded 21 points, 7 rebounds, 2 assists, and 3 steals against Nabisunsa. She was the next go-to man for the Lady Dolphins against KIU Rangers and she finished with 11 points, 6 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 steal.
Amaniyo Mary was very instrumental in the KIU Rangers victory against the JKL Lady Dolphins. She scored 14 points, picked 19 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 block. She had 9 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 steals against the UCU Lady Canons.
