With a lot of drama unfolding in game week 16, there were players that played exceptionally well during the game week.

WOMEN

Kur Ajah opens the team, after having stellar performances in the 2 games that the Magic Stormers played.

She dropped 17 points, 17 rebounds,  2 assists, 1 steal and 4 blocks as the Magic Stormers defeated the Miracle Ravens Overtime. She also played 41 of the 45 minutes in that game.

When the Stormers lost to the KCCA Leopards, she did her part, finishing with 15 points, 11 rebounds, 2 assists and 3 steals.

Sarah Namale was the biggest positive for Nabisunsa in during there loss to the JT Lady Jaguars. She exerted herself on both ends of the floor, dropping 14 points, 21 rebounds, 3 steals and 2 blocks.

Millicent Otieno showed her shooting prowess as she made 10 3-point shots during the game week.

She played 18 minutes against YMCA and finished with 8 points, 7 rebounds and 1 steal.

Her performance against Kampala University was surreal, as she scored 8 3-point shots, the highest by any player in a game this season and she finished with 29 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assist and 4 steals.

YMCA’s Rose Adhiambo was in her bag once again. She scored 26 points, 10 rebounds,  1 assist and 3 steals as the Lady Hamstars lost to the UCU Lady Canons.

Perus Nyamwenge completes the team in the guard position. She came off the bench against Magic Stormers and scored just 5 points, 2 rebounds and 1 assist in 14 minutes. She came back stronger against A1 Challenge and dropped 24 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists and 1 steal.

MEN

George Agasi has been one of, if not the best player in the league in the last 5 games. He has taken his game to a whole new level both offensively and defensively and this week, he continued in the same spirit.

He was the Player of the game as the JT Jaguars defeated the Ndejje Angels dropping 15 points, 17 rebounds and 1 assist.

In their  triple overtime loss to the KCCA Panthers,  he registered 25 points, 11 rebounds, 1 steal and played 44 minutes.

Joseph Chuma had the hot hands as Namuwongo Blazers took care of business against the KCCA Panthers.  He had 22 points, 15 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 steals and 2 blocks.

KIU Titans Congolese duo Kasereka Tembo and Joel Lukoji were enjoying themselves as KIU Titans obliterated Power.

Tembo had an almost perfect first half with 9/10 from the field and he was perfect from 3-point range with 5/5 and 4 assists plus 2 steals.

He finished with 33 points, the second highest scored by a player (men) in a game this season and he converted 7 of his 9 3-point shots attempts.

Joel Lukoji had a near triple-double with 10 points on 5/6, 83% FG, 8 rebounds, 11 assists, 4 steals and 0 turnovers.

Martin Buluma helped his side JKL Dolphins secure their third win of the second round. In their loss to Kampala Rockets, he had 22 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists, 1 steal and in their bounce back overtime victory against Our Savior, he had a near triple-double, 18 points, 12 rebounds, 8 assists, 4 steals and 2 blocks.
