The JKL Lady Dolphins have been in spectacular form in the second round and coming up against a struggling Miracle Ravens team, only one result was expected.

The Lady Dolphins got a huge 13-point cushion after the first quarter and it was a 15-point game at halftime.

They sealed the deal in the third quarter, having won it 23-15 and the lead bulging to 22 points.

There wasn’t enough life left in the Miracle Ravens and they scored just 8 points in the fourth quarter, ending the game 83-55, the JKL Lady Dolphins with the win.

Susan Amito and Akello Winnifred tried to keep the Ravens in the game but with their top scorer, Brenda Alyano having an off night (3/21, 14% FG), it was always going to be a difficult task for the Ravens to overcome the 3-time champions.

Hanifah Namuli who had just returned from injury had only 6 attempts in 28 minutes and she finished with 7 points, her lowest since signing for the Ravens.

For the JKL Lady Dolphins, it was business as usual, Brenda Ekone, Evelyne Nakiyinji and Hope Akello, who have been their best players this season, doing their thing and getting the job done.
