The Sunday action in the Castle Lite NBL had a lot of tension, comebacks and a stir in the relegation battle.

The JKL Lady Dolphins trailed 18:16 after the first quarter against Nabisunsa but came back in the second quarter and never looked back. They went on to defeat the high school side 47-102.

Brenda Ekone had yet another 20 point game, she finished with 25 points, 1 rebound, 2 assists, and 2 steals. Hope Akello had 22 points, 8 rebounds but Evelyne Nakiyinji was super impressive, 14 points, 12 rebounds, and 9 assists.

Mpoza Abigail had 15 points while Keturah Joy registered her first double-double, 10 points and 11 rebounds.

The A1 Challenge had a horrendous first quarter with just 4 points and it cost them dearly as the game winded down.  The Magic Stormers developed a 15-point lead at halftime and they looked in control till the final minutes of the fourth quarter.

The Stormers had a 17-point lead with 4:33 left but A1 Challende got multiple defenseive stops and capitalized, making a late 13:0 run but they ran out of time. Daphine Adong led in scoring with 16 points while Stella Kiberenge also had 15 points and 9 rebounds. Yaweh Precious scored 15 points, 3 rebounds, 1 assist and 3 steals.

Power improved their chances of survival after coming back from 15 points down and getting a win against Ndejje Angels.  Ndejje had a 12-point lead heading into the fourth quarter but they were prepared for what hit them in the fourth.

Power made a 16-2 run to take a 2-point lead and with that momentum, they managed to see out the victory.  Elvis Ssentongo had a 18 points while Clinton Omondi had 13 points, 13 rebounds and a game week high 4 blocks.

Harod Alinaitwe had a gamehigh 20 points, Osinde james with 14 points, 5 rebounds, 7 assists and 3 steals while Cikom Monyabai had a double-double, 11 points, 18 rebounds, and 2 blocks.

The Namuwnongo Blazers managed to get revenge against Our Savior to make it 7 wins in 7 for the second round. Our Savior led by 5 after the first period but the Blazer took over in the second and they took a 3-point lead into the halftime break. The third quarter was worse as Our Savior scored just 6 points and the Blazer capitalized, the game eventually ending 53:70.

Jimmy Williams led the scoring with 20 points while Makiadi Michael finished with 11 points and 12 rebounds and 3 assists.

Pol Mas scored a team-high 18 points and 9 rebounds while Henry Ssebagala had 14 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists.

KIU Titans completed the double against the JT Jaguars but it was the Titans shooting that was impeccable. They made 15 3-point shots while the Jaguars made just 2. New signing Zuri Campbell had a team-high 18 points, 4 rebounds.  Kasereka Tembo had 16 points and Joel Lukoji had 12 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. George Agasi scored 20 points, 10/12, 83% FG, 11 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal.
