The U18 girls were in full force against Tanzania and this time round, they gave the fans what they wanted, the century mark.

After a very low scoring first quarter that ended 10 points a piece, some people thought Tanzania could cause an upset but the Uganda Girls squashed all Tanzania’s hopes after scoring 29 points in the second quarter and limiting Tanzania to just 7.

In the final 70 seconds, Uganda increased on their urgency as they were within the 100 point game and after a couple of steals, they managed to hit the target.
