The Kampala Rockets have been the most improved team in the second round having won 7 of their 10 games so far with the final game coming against KIU Titans on Saturday 6th July.
Their efforts have been rewarded heavily as they not only survived relegation but they will be securing the final playoff spot after their game against the KIU Titans.
With Livingstone having lost 48:82 to the City Oilers, the 2 teams, Livingstone, JKL Dolphins and Kampala Rockets are all tied at 8 wins.
However, the Kampala Rockets still have a game to spare and whether they win or lose, they shall be finishing 8th.
This is down to the fact that they have a better Head to Head record than the other 2 teams.
Livingstone won both games against JKL Dolphins, 84:59 and 64:51 and so they are above them.
Kampala Rockets completed the double against JKL Dolphins, 74:66 in round 1 and 100:74 in round 2, and thus, they rank above them if they are tied on points.

Livingstone won 72:63 against Kampala Rockets in round one but the Rockets won 58:68 in round 2 and they won the tiebreaker by one point.
This means that whatever the result against KIU Titans, they will be finishing 8th unless they give a walkover.
Having won just one game in round one, this is a very big turnaround for the Kampala Rockets and they will be facing the City Oilers in the quarter-finals of the Playoffs.
