The Lady Dolphins were head and shoulders above all the other teams and with the way they are looking, it is very difficult to see them losing against the Lady Tomahawks.

UPDF shall be looking to try and upset the 3-time champions but it will be an uphill task for them.

The Leopards scored 100+ points 3 times in the first round, but in the second, the highest they scored was 96, the only 90+ during that time.

This says so much about their significantly reduced levels of offense and their leaking defense and they need to make a statement.

The Lady Jaguars defeated the KCCA Leopards 62:70 in the second round and they also picked up a big 58:56 win against the UCU Lady Canons.

They will be coming into the game with confidence and being the best defensive team, the confidence will even be much higher for them.

In their final regular season meeting, the UCU Lady Canons and Magic Stormers game was decided in Clutch time.

The Magic Stormers will be looking to pick a result against the UCU Lady Canons but the series shall be a tough one.

The Lady Canons scored 70 points per game and the scores have been evenly distributed. They have multiple contributors while the Magic Stormers who average 61 points per game have most of their offense coming from Daphine Adong and Kur Ajah.

The Stormers will be hoping that other players step up and having done against the Lady Canons in the second round, their confidence and optimism will be high.

The Miracle Ravens and the KIU Rangers is another match-up that is expected to deliver fireworks.

What has been dubbed by some as the “Lydia Babirye” derby will have so many people following and the result from that game will have so many people talking

The Ravens lost both games against the KIU Rangers during the regular season. However, having picked up a win against the KCCA Leopards in the first round, they will be optimistic that they can cause an upset.

The KIU Rangers have been impeccable in the second round but they lost their game against the UCU Lady Canons thus being condemned to finishing second.

The first one to 2 wins progresses to the semifinals and the opening games available be the KIU Rangers and Miracle Ravens on Wednesday 10th July while the KCCA Leopards and JT Lady Jaguars shall be in action on Friday 12th.
