The Federation of Uganda Basketball Association (FUBA) will host the FIBA 3×3, Africa, Youth Nations League, from August 5th – 11th, 2024, at the Lugogo Hockey Pitch in Kampala.
The Youth Nations League is the only qualification pathway toward the U23 World Cup, which is scheduled for September 2024 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
The Youth Nations League is organized in ‘Stops’ of sextuples. A sextuple has 6 competition days or 6 minitournaments that are held in one place.
The winners of each conference (sextuple) get automatic qualification to the U23 World Cup.

The games shall run all week long and the team with the most points shall be crowned on the final day, Saturday 11th August.
The organizing committee has prepared a lot and it promises the fans a wonderful experience.
“Ugandans should come in large numbers to cheer on the boys and girls as they seek qualification to the World Cup,” Nasser Sserunjogi the FUBA President urges the fans to come and support the teams.
All the games shall be outdoors at the Lugogo Hockey Grounds, and the entrance shall be Ush 10,000 for the ordinary and 25,000 for VIPs.
