JT Lady Jaguars Center Mercy Batamuliza has made a move to Malaysia where she will play in the Netball Super League.
The Center departed on 27th January and will be playing for Perak Phoenix on a short-term contract.
Mercy was very integral for the JT Lady Jaguars in the 2024 season and helped them to finish in third-place.
Mercy Batamuliza dominated when it came to collecting rebounds and led the league with 399 rebounds.

Mercy was the only player to collect 20 rebounds in back-to-back games and she did so twice this season.
She averaged 7.4 points, 14.8 rebounds, 1.1 assists, 1.3 steals.
She has been training with the JT Lady Jaguars since the start of 2025 but when it was time to move, she went to get her bag.
Mercy will be returning around 1st March just in time for the 2024 NBL season which shall tip-off on 14 March.

She will be joining Christine Nakito who plays for Magic Stormers and JKL Lady Dolphins’ Shadiah Nassanga who are moved earlier this month and are playing for KL Wild Cats.
This is the second time She Cranes stars have made moves to Malaysia, the first being in 2023 when Shadiah Nassanga, Shaffie Nalwanja, Christine Namulumba, and Faridah Kadondi made moves.
Shadiah made her return to KL Wildcats while Mercy Batamuliza will be playing in a foreign league for the first time.
Some of the other She Cranes players have traveled to England where they will be competing in the Vitality Nations Netball Cup in February.
