The JKL Dolphins defeated the KIU Titans 93-59 to bounce back from their mid-week loss to the Namuwongo Blazers.

The Dolphins lost their previous game, 91-79, to the Namuwongo Blazers, and against a weak KIU Titans side, their aim was a big victory.

The KIU Titans lost their season opener against Livingstone and this was an opportunity to get their first win of the season.

The JKL Dolphins led the game 22-17 after the first quarter.

Noel Solomon Yamodo had 12 points in the first quarter and scored 6 of his 7 field goal attempts.

The Titans switched off offensively in the second quarter and scored just 7 points.

The Dolphins increased their lead to 16 points by halftime and they were cruising to victory.

JKL applied themselves even more in the third quarter and closed the game after taking the quarter 36-18.

They scored 5 3-point shots in the quarter and offense was coming from multiple sources.

Enough damage had been done and despite the fourth quarter being even, JKL won the game 93-59.
