The Magic Stormers made it back-to-back victories after their huge 92-66 win against Nabisunsa on Sunday 6th.

The Stormers came into this game on the back of a 54-44 win against Angels on Wednesday 2nd.

Nabisunsa lost their opening game to the Miracle Eaglets and this sought to register their first win of the season.

In the 2024 NBL second round, Nabisunsa defeated the Magic Stormers 59-58 and the Stormers were aware of the threat that the high-school side pose.

Nabisunsa led the game 14-13 after the first quarter but the most telling thing was the offensive bluntness by Magic Stormers.

They scored just 1 point in the final 5 minutes of the quarter and added 5 turnovers.

However, everything changed for them in the second quarter as they took the game by ‘storm’.

They scored 43 points, 15/21 FG, 6 3PM and 7/10 FT.

Nabisunsa was forced into 15 turnovers and the Stormers capitalized with 25 points from turnovers in the second quarter alone.

At halftime, Magic Stormers led the game 56-29 and they had pretty much sealed the deal.

In the second half, the game was over as a contest but some players increased on their numbers on the  stat sheet.

Mpoza Abigail scored 14 points while Martha Yikiru scored 10.
