The Kampala Rockets scored 62% of their points from the 3-point line as they defeated the Rezlife Saints 73-55.

In the first round, the Rockets lost 58-45 to the Kampala Rockets and they aimed at righting all wrongs from that game.

After the first quarter, the Rockets led the game 16-14.

A total of 5 3-point shots were made in the opening quarter with Saints scoring accounting for 3.

In the second quarter, both teams were evenly matched but the 3-point shots were the difference.

The Rockets scored 4 to Rezlife’s 2 and as a result, they led the game 32-27 at halftime.

The third quarter was a nightmare that the Rezlife couldn’t wait to escape.

Rezlife scored just 9 points which was less than the turnovers they committed.

They made 10 turnovers and were punished with 16 points from turnovers.

Additionally, the Rockets scored 7 3-point shots from 11 attempts and gained an 18-point point as the fourth quarter approached.

The Kampala Rockets made a 20-0 run and this is where they took a hold of the game.

To start the fourth quarter, the Rezlife Saints come out guns blazing.

They scored 11 unanswered points in the first 2:30 minutes but scored just 2 in the next 5:30 and that helped me Kampala Rockets to secure a 73-55 win.

Once again, Rezlife registered a huge number of turnovers (8) in the fourth quarter and this costed them greatly.

The Kampala Rockets returned to winning ways and set the record for the second most 3-point shots scored in a game.

They have a 10-6 record and are still on course for a top 4 finish.

The Rezlife Saints have lost 5 of their last 6 games and their chances of making the playoffs have lessened.
