The Victoria Crocs ended their 2025 NBL season with a thumping 84-54 victory against the KIU Titans on Wednesday 6th at Lugogo Indoor Arena.
Coming into the game, the fate for the Crocs was already sealed and no matter the outcome of this game, they wouldn’t be able to make the playoffs.
However, this did not deter the team’s resolve as they came and closed their season with a bang.
In the first quarter, both teams went neck and neck with each having a run. However, the Crocs managed to take a 17-13 lead.
In the second quarter, it was mostly Victoria and they dropped 6 3-point shots in the quarter. Bienfait Lola made 3 from 4 attempts while Rajab Mpiima made 2 of 2 with Cyrus Wobusobozi scoring the other.
At the end of the half, the Victoria Crocs led the game 39-28 and they were cruising to victory.
The Crocs big men, Chuol Nyuot and Erick Komagum took over combining for 14 of Victoria’s 19 points.
It was as though the Titans had given up in the fourth quarter.
Victoria Crocs kept making transition baskets and they scored 26 points in the fourth quarter alone.
The Victoria Crocs ended up winning the game 84-54, one of their biggest Victories this season.

The KIU Titans were already relegated and will play their final game of the season against the JT Jaguars on Saturday 9th.
Victoria Crocs won their final 3 games of the season and will finish with a 12-10 record but will not play in the playoffs.
