The Road to BAL East Division will tip off on 17th October at the International School of Tanganyika in Dar es Salaam.
In the opening game, the host and favorites, Dar City will be entertaining Comoros side Djabal Club.

The Namuwongo Blazers will be playing their first game on Saturday 18th against Dar City and their second on Sunday 19th against Djabal.
The Namuwongo Blazers are very optimistic about their chances. Their Head Coach Stephen Nyeko shared what playing at this stage means for them.

Regarding making the Elite 16, he said; “qualification to the Elite 16 is a very big ting and we hope to qualify.”
Namuwongo traveled with the entire squad and this will hopeful be a morale boost to the players.
