The Rezlife Saints made history as they hosted their first ever NBL game at the Rezlife Park in Lubowa on Wednesday 18th February, 2026.

In this game, they managed to ease past the Victoria Crocs in a 75-59 victory that marked their third of the season.

Ahead of this game, both teams were unbeaten in this season byt the Rezlife Saints held an edge given that they were at home.

This also made them very motivated as they didn’t want to disappoint their fans more so in their first home game.

Rezlife did not waste time as they went to work straight away in the first quarter and led it 19-12.

They looked to exploit the paint and did so very well. All the field 9 goals that Rezlife Saints scored in the first quarter were in the paint. To make it better, 8 of the points were from second chances.

Rezlife tried to limit the transition from the Victoria Crocs but they still managed to find some opportunities.

The Victoria Crocs adjusted their tactics in the second half and opted for the press.

This worked for them heavily because they managed to force Rezlife into 9 turnovers in the second quarter alone and benefited with 9 points from turnovers.

However, the Crocs also made some turnovers which cost them 11 valuable points.

Elvis Ssentogo was made a huge impact in this quarter. He made 3 steals, 3 assists and 5 points in less than 6 minutes in this quarter.

In this second period, Victoria Crocs outscored the Rezlife Saints 22-20 but the latter led the game 39-34 at the halftime break.

In the second half, Rezlife was the better of the 2 sides for most of the game.

They were much more aggressive in rebounding, shooting even going to the basket.

For a short period in the third quarter, Victoria made an 8-0 run but after a timeout, Rezlife limited them to 0 points in the final 3  minutes of the quarter.

The Saints also closed the quarter with a 6-0 run to make it an 11-point game heading into the fourth quarter.

In the first 5 minutes of the fourth quarter, Victoria scored just 2 points both coming from the free throw line.

At this point, they trailed by 17 points and it was going to be very difficult for them to make a comeback.

Despite scoring some points late in the game, Victoria couldn’t make a comeback and Rezlife Saints won the game 75-59.

The Victoria Crocs now have a 1-1 record and will face the UPDF Tomahawks next on Saturday 20th at ABJA Park.

Rezlife Saints is perfect in the 3 games so far amd will take on the UMU Flames next on Sunday 22nd at YMCA.
