Sommet made it back-to-back victories for the first time in a while after dominating the Kampala Rockets in a 90-62 victory.
Basing on personnel, the two teams look evenly matched up but when you factor in the recent performance, Sommet is way clear of the Kampala Rockets.
Sommet showed how good they are from the jump. They looked flawless, everything was going in their favour and it was hard to notice their Head Coach, Albert Aciko, was not present.
The Spartans were catching the Rockets on the break the entire first half and when it came to shots, they created quality shots which they buried.
After the first quarter, Sommet led the game 21-10. In the second, their offense went a notch higher and they outscored the Rockets 26-12 to make it 47-22 at halftime.
Midway through the third, Sommet led by as many as 33 points and surely there was no way back for the Rockets.
Despite a much better performance by the Rockets in the second half, they lost the game 90-62.
