KIU Titans opened the second round with a big victory against the JKL Dolphins. Despite efforts from former player Ahmed Kassa to lead his JKL team to a comeback, the Titans managed to hold off the Dolphins to take home the victory.
Nam Blazers took on D Mark Power on Friday and despite poor offense from both teams, the Blazer seemed to have the extra edge and finally ran away with a victory against a Power team that put up a very big fight.
Kampala Rockets are yet to win the second round as they were up against a City Oilers side that are perfect and managed to finish off the job as expected.
Titus Lual was with another double double dropping 13 points, 14 rebounds, 2 assists, 4 steals and 5 blocks. New guard Allawi Ssenkubuge registered 14 points on 55% FG, 4 rebounds and 1 assist in the 15 minutes on the floor. Kampala Rockets contributions came from all over with Shafic Kinyera impacting off the bench with a team high 10 points.

UCU Canons won by a whisker against Our Savior who failed to convert a free throw that would tie the game and also missed a last second jump shot. The cans were in firm control of the game heading into half time with an 8 point lead, however a resurgence by Our Savior in the third quarter meant that they led the game by 2 points after having a 15:2 run to close the quarter. An end to end fourth quarter saw UCU Canons have a small 3point edge and certainly was enough to get the victory by 1 point.
Peter Sifuma was with a double double 15 points on 58% FG, 12 rebounds and 4 assists. Lwabaga Ibanda also had 10 points, 7 rebounds and 1 assist. Our savior attack was led by Malual Dier with 23 points, 7 rebound and 6 steals, Moses Mugisha (13 points, 12 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal) and Elton Donald bakara (13 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists).
Nam Blazers completed the weekend double with a win against UPDF Tomahawks. The Tomahawks gained an early 3 point lead to close the first quarter and they had 1 point lead heading into half time. A much improved offense by the Blazers more so in the second half saw them take the game by storm and ultimately the victory.
Nam Blazers had 3 players in double digits in, Soro Geoffrey (16 points, 14 rebounds, 4 assists and 2 steals) completing his second double double in the Game week, Chris Omanye with 14 points off 50% FG, 5 rebounds, 6 assists, 1 steal and 1 block. Paul Odong contributed from the bench with 11 points off 55% FG, 2 rebounds, 1 assist and 2 steals

Rezlife Saints against D Mark Power and KCCA Panthers vs Ndejje Angels, were postponed due to unavoidable circumstances and shall be rescheduled to a later date
