Since it’s inception, SC Ensayi had never defeated Kashoro but on Sunday 13th October, they managed to break the curse after securing a 2:0 victory against the Canteen boys.
The victory is Ensayi’s third in the 3 games played so far and they remain the only team with a 100% record in the Ntare Lions League.
Ensayi came into the game exuberant following their 5-1 victory against Abazibu and they were very keen on keeping the streak going.

Wilberforce opened the scoring in the first half with a low drilled shot to beat the goal keeper at the near post.
It was the perfect transition as Ensayi had been defending a free kick and 6 seconds and four passes later, they had the ball in the back of the net.
Baguma Isaiah Junior played a beautiful long range pass to Mubiru Rafshajani who later set up Wilberforce for the opener.
In the second half, Ensayi dominated, completely cutting off Kashoro’s offense and creating multiple chances but they were unable to hit the target.
In the final moments of the game, Ensayi finally got the second their performance deserved through the effervescent Rafshanjani.
Substitute Kayiwa Mubarak made an instant impact, with a beautiful cross to Mubiru who tapped in at the far post.
Goal keeper Nkurunungi Emmanuel sealed the clean sheet with a wonderful save at the end of the game to deny Kashoro
