One of the surprising things is the KCCA Leopards, who had just 10 players (9 available) in the first round, made just one addition. They will be hoping that Becky Longom can be fit and available for selection in the second round in order to boost the numbers.

Pearl Queens added Gazelles star Nansikombi who known for her grit and fight. Her experience at the International level will come in handy and given that she played in Uganda for a long time, she is expected to quickly adapt. Kenyan veteran Belinda Okoth will also be expected to bring experience to this squad. Her size is also a big advantage and she will provide some cover in the paint.

After missing the first round, Christine Namyalo will be rejoining the UPDF Lady Tomahawks. She is a prolific scorer and will add to the offensive firepower of the army side.

The defending champions, the JKL Lady Dolphins, signed youngsters Shiphrah Kiranda and Melinda Laker. Shiphrah is the reigning Division One MVP and will be expected to have a huge impact given her skill and experience. Laker has been playing for the Nkumba Lady Marines in Division One and will add to the squad depth.

A number of players have moved but who will have the biggest impact?
