With the 2024 National Basketball Season done, we take a look at the team of the season as announced by FUBA.

Shakirah Nanvubya was the leader of the UCU Lady Canons on and off the court and she was very integral in their run to game 6 in the finals. She averaged 10.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 1.5 steals for the season.

Brenda Ekone once again won the top scorer award and she did so in spectacular fashion. she scored 579 points, 186 points more than the second person.

She averaged 16.9 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 2.2 steals for the entire season and in the finals.

Hope Akello was named the MVP for the second consecutive season and she was one of the most consistent players throughout the season. She averaged a double-double, 11.9 points, 11.1 rebounds plus 2.9 assists and 2.5 steals.

Mercy Batamuliza dominated when it came to collecting rebounds. She went about her business as though Thanos collecting the infinity stones and she finished with 399 rebounds.

Mercy was the only player to collect 20 rebounds in back-to-back games and she did so twice this season.

She averaged 7.4 points, 14.8 rebounds, 1.1 assists, 1.3 steals.

Sarah Ageno was named the Captain of the JT Lady Jaguars and against all odds they managed to finish in third place. She led her team on and off the court and was also their main defensive piece.

She averaged 10.1 points, 11.5 rebounds, 3 assists and 2.1 steals
