The Army side came into the game with hopes of getting revenge 58-68 in a game where the Ravens sealed the deal in the fourth quarter despite the fight from the Lady Tomahawks.

The equation changed massively as the league’s leading shot blocker and top 10 in defensive rebounds, who also missed out on a triple-double last time out against UPDF was off the floor. It was going to be a tough match for the Miracle Ravens to get back in.

The scores were reduced in the second and third quarters but UPDF held a 4-point lead heading into the fourth quarter.

Miracle cut the deficit to 2 points to start the final quarter but UPDF managed to stay ahead despite being a very close game. The Miracle Ravens situation became worse as Specioza Namukose fouled out with 7:30 left in the game and barely 40 seconds later, Brenda Alyano was also charged with her 5th foul and there was no one left on the bench for Miracle with about 7 minutes left in the game.

In the final 3 minutes of the game, Miracle Ravens’ players did not have much left in the tank. They looked tired and couldn’t score the basketball which gave UPDF an advantage and they made a 7-0 run to end the game 59-68.
