The Namuwongo Blazers advanced to the Elite 16 after demolishing the Djabal 132-58 in their second game at the Road to BAL 2026.

Following their 83-70 defeat to the hosts Dar City, the Blazers came into this game with one job, to get the win and advance.

Straight from the jump, they went to work.

They led the game 31-10 after the first quarter and it was very evident that djabal was no match for them.

Everuthing the Blazers did was working. Be it the 3-point shots, they dropped.

Namuwongo held the advantage in almost everything and you could see that the Comoros based team was just hanging on.

In the second quarter, Namuwongo kept applying the pressure and it paid off. They led the game 63-24 at halftime and were on course for a century.

Jimmy Enabu was on fire, registering 6 assists in the second quarter alone.

Peter Obleng made 12 points in the quarter with 3 of his field goals being dunks.

Djabal had a much better third quarter as they scored 23 points but enough damage had already been made.

In the fourth quarter, it was th Peter Obleng show. The man couldn’t miss a basket.

He scored 7 points in the first minutes of the fourth quarter. He scored 4 other 3-point shots in the remainder of the fourth quarter to close his unforgettable performance.

In this game, Obleng made 7 of his 8 attempted 3-point shots.
