The KCCA Leopards were too strong for the UPDF Lady Tomahawks as they dominated and defeated them 78-52 to make it 5 consecutive wins.

After the first quarter, the Leopards led 14-13 and it was a seesaw game. The teams were neck and neck but that wasn’t the case for the remainder of the game.

KCCA outscored UPDF 21-11 in the second quarter to gain an 11-point lead at halftime. The Leopards made an 8-0 run and they never looked back.

They also improved their field goal conversion from 5/15 in the first quarter to 8/19 in the second.

In the second half, KCCA outscored the army side 43-28 and at no point did UPDF look like they were onto a comeback.

The KCCA Leopards have won all their last 5 games and the opportunity of finishing as the number one or even the number 2 seed, after the first round is very high.
